Architectural Highlights

The project emphasizes form and function to create a serene environment:

  • Design Elements: Features include porotherm bricks, lime plaster, and plastic paint for internal wall finishes.

  • Fittings: Windows and doors are crafted from high-quality teak wood, UPVC, or aluminium, complemented by MS powder-coated railings.

  • Elevations: The residential blocks are designed with G+1 and G+2 floor configurations.
